Bringing essential legal support to our community! This coming Friday, May 29, La Boussole – The Compass is teaming up with the UNB Legal Clinic to host a free, one-day legal clinic at the Bathurst Public Library.
The event will provide a safe, confidential space for local residents to get dedicated legal guidance on a wide range of issues, including:
- Employment Law
- Housing and Tenant Issues
- Human Rights
- Immigration and Refugee Assistance
- Notary Services
- Provincial Offences (Tickets)
- Small Claims
- Social Benefits
- Uncontested Divorce
We are incredibly grateful to partner with the UNB Legal Clinic team to bring their expertise directly to our region. To break down barriers and ensure accessible justice for everyone in Bathurst, services will be available in English, French, and Arabic.
